  • Whether to invest in new technologies (like the recently added FoLix treatment). 

“Every single treatment has a rock, which means a goal. And we compare it quarter over quarter, year over year, because the point of the business is to grow. And it will show us if we are growing or not growing, staying the same, or contracting,” - Derek said. 

2. Top Patient Segments 

They regularly segment VIP clients by spend, last visit, and treatment history, then use the exported data for targeted marketing and personalized outreach. 

“I run this report to understand which patient received which treatment on what date. And then when I know who did what and when, we use this information for patient outreach to suggest their next treatment or a different treatment!” 

While it's possible to find patient visit data using Standard Reports, Advanced Analytics offers a more strategic view, uncovering patterns and insights that go beyond basic reporting. With just a few clicks, the report can be exported to Excel or CSV format, making it easy to upload into your marketing tools –whether you're sending email campaigns or calling patients for follow-up. This enhanced visibility helps teams engage the right patients at the right time, with less manual effort. 

3. Location-Based Performance 

With two active locations on Remedly, Skin Perfect tracks: 

  • Revenue per location;
  • Regional marketing effectiveness.

“We have goals for the overall practice and then for each location, so this report tells us if we're meeting goals or not,” Derek shares. “And it tells us how close we are or if we missed or if we surpassed our goal.”
